HOW GBSC IS KEEPING YOU SAFE
WE ARE COMMITTED TO KEEPING GBSC A SAFE AND WELCOMING SPACE FOR EVERYONE!
The following Safety Plan outlines the precautions and protocols that GBSC is putting in place to ensure live performances with minimal risk to patrons, artists, and staff.
All measures are compliant with the CDC guidelines and the Massachusetts Department of Public Health.
Health and Safety Update as of July 22, 2021
Please note: due to the recent uptick in Covid-19 cases and the increased rate of spread due to the Delta variant, we are currently re-examining our Health and Safety Plan, including, but not limited to the following:
Guidelines below are effective as of June 30, 2021. This plan will be continually updated to reflect best current practices.
As part of our Social Contract with our artists, staff and patrons, we ask anyone who meets any of the criteria below to refrain from attending the Theatre:

Symptomatic Patron, Staff Member, Volunteer or Artist
POSITIVE COVID-19 Test of close contact of Patron, Staff Member, Volunteer or Artist.
The CDC defines a close contact as:
“someone who was within 6 feet of an infected person for a cumulative total of 15 minutes or more over a 24-hour period starting from 2 days before illness onset (or, for asymptomatic patients, 2 days prior to test specimen collection) until the time the patient is isolated.”
POSITIVE COVID-19 Test of Patron, Staff Member, Volunteer or Artist.
