24 Hour Musical: We Will Rock You

GET READY TO ROCK - IN JUST ONE DAY!

October 3–4, 2025

We’re doing it again! Join our ranks as the Young Company embarks on another epic (and speedy) journey to stage a musical in just 24 hours! For this event, students and staff will work as a collaborative, creative team to stage, costume, and tech an entire production that will be performed for the public. The countdown will begin at 4:00pm on Friday, October 3rd ending with a performance on October 4th!

Featuring chart-topping Queen songs including “Another One Bites the Dust,” “Bohemian Rhapsody,” “Killer Queen,” “We Will Rock You,” “Somebody To Love,” “We Are the Champions,” and many more, this 70-minute adaptation of the West End show follows two young rebels as they restore rock ‘n’ roll to “the iPlanet” in a post-apocalyptic world. WE WILL ROCK YOU Young@Part® is a musical for our time: a fist-pumping, foot-stomping anthem to individuality.

*Each year, Greater Boston Stage Company’s generous donors contribute to our Fund-A-Need program, which supports financial aid for students in The Young Company. Given the extraordinary circumstances of the last two years, we are prepared for both an increase in individual aid requests and an increase in the amount requested. Please do not hesitate to utilize this program to help support you as you support your student. All financial aid awards are subject to approval by the theatre pending a completed application. We are proud to say that we have never turned away a student because of inability to pay.
